Beaumont, TX – Edison Plaza was recently awarded the Beautify Beaumont Award in early May by the Magnolia Garden Club, who present their Civic Award for outstanding achievement in landscaping and maintaining grounds and buildings to enhance the beauty of the City of Beaumont.
In prior years some of the recipients have been Lamar University, the City of Beaumont, Beaumont Botanical Gardens and Beautify Beaumont. This year, AlbaneseCormier received the award for its improvements to the grounds and landscaping of Edison Plaza.
Sissy Coffin, a member of the Magnolia Garden Club, said “Our committee was very impressed with the landscaping that has been completed at Edison Plaza and feel the recognition is very well deserved.”
In 2012, Edison Plaza underwent a massive renovation and remodeling project, both inside and outside of the property.
