Beaumont, TX – The city’s only Class-A office building has added another new tenant to the building. SpawGlass, a Texas-based general contractor company, has taken a suite on the third floor.
Construction for the space was completed in the Fall. The suite features two conference rooms, a break room, large offices and plenty of storage space.
SpawGlass joins other third floor tenants who are calling Edison Plaza home, including
Encompass Home Health, AXA Financial Group, Houston-based NEOS Marketing and the URS Corporation.
