Beaumont, TX – One of Edison Plaza’s tenants has expanded on the building’s seventh floor. The STI Group, who moved into the Class-A building last September with the help of Deborah Johannson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates, has seen
unprecedented success, prompting an office expansion of more than double their previous
occupied square feet.

The new office is fully equipped with today’s modern technology, several conference rooms, more than ten offices, special lighting, glass walls and more. Their prior office housed three employees and the new suite is comfortably able to accommodate up to 15 members of the extended STI team. Construction took just two months and reached
completion at the end of July.
