Region 5 Education Service Center Relocates to Edison Plaza

Beaumont, Texas – AlbaneseCormier Holdings, LLC, a local commercial real estate development company and owners of Edison Plaza, recently added Region 5 Educational Service Center to its growing number of high profile tenants in the iconic 17 story building overlooking downtown Beaumont.

Region 5 will took up residence in the first quarter of 2013 on two floors of the only Class A office building in Southeast Texas. For more than 30 years, Region 5 has provided services to school districts in Jefferson, Hardin, Orange, Newton, Jasper and Tyler counties; including the High Island Independent School District; providing resources to approximately 87,000 students and more than 6,100 educators. The Region 5 Educational Service Center joins other current Edison Plaza occupants that include Entergy Texas, Burrow Global, Inc., IRS, and Progressive Insurance, among others.
